When I first saw the extra costs for feeding power back to the grid, I knew I needed to use more of my own solar energy. But I did not want anything complicated. With the Lunergy battery, I store solar power during the day and use it in the evening: simple and cost-effective. The Lunergy Hub 2400 AC also supports up to 2400 W off-grid, so I still have power when the grid goes down.

I have four Lunergy systems in total, three of which are connected to dedicated circuits. Each system runs on its own phase via a 3-phase CEE (5P) connection with a distribution block, allowing every unit to operate reliably at 2400W. The installation performs exceptionally well in daily use. Everything is stable and thoughtfully engineered, especially the flexible connection, which made installation very straightforward. My installer originally recommended a battery solution for my Growatt inverter, but this setup performs even better and is significantly more affordable. I’m extremely satisfied with both the system and the excellent support. The fourth unit is currently stored in the hallway and will be installed later.

The Lunergy Hub 2400 AC and the 5.2 kWh BP5200 are a great set. They really are installed within 5 minutes: just stack them. The 40 kg battery sits safely at the bottom, the Hub fits perfectly on top and connects directly through solid contact. Plug it into the socket and you are done. Connecting to Wi-Fi took a little longer, but with help from the Lunergy customer desk it was quickly solved. The app looks clear and easy to use.

Perfect first impression. Ordered in the afternoon and delivered the next morning at 11. Fitting the wheels took longer than connecting the system. It has now been running flawlessly for about three weeks. At the end of the year I plan to add a second system to be ready for the end of net metering. My experience has been excellent.

I installed three Lunergy plug-in batteries and I am very satisfied. The installation was surprisingly simple and everything quickly worked as expected. With a total of 7200 W of power, the system can cover both my full solar production and my evening consumption. A smart and practical home solution. Absolutely satisfied.
